This outdoor sauna is designed for up to 4 people. Crafted in Lithuania from thermally modified ThermoWood®, it provides space to use the sauna alone or with family and friends.

The interior features ThermoWood® sunbeds, tempered glass, integrated ventilation, and LED lighting beneath the benches. Indoor installation is also possible in a dedicated space with proper ventilation and suitable flooring; indoor use requires an electric heater.

Mande Spa USA provides a 5-year structural warranty on the sauna cabin, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. According to Mande Spa USA’s FAQ, the heater and electrical components carry a 2-year warranty.

Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, natural weathering, or customer modifications is excluded.

Warranty Assistance

If you experience an issue, contact our support team with your proof of purchase, product model, a description of the issue, and photographs. We’ll help coordinate your claim with Mande Spa USA. The manufacturer requires warranty claims to be submitted in writing with photographic evidence.
