38" Grate Kit

The 38" Grate Kit is a ventless ethanol fireplace insert designed to convert an existing wood-burning, gas, or decorative fireplace into a clean-burning bioethanol fireplace. It provides a real flame without requiring a chimney, vent, gas line, or electricity.

Built from 304 stainless steel with an insulated bottom tray, this kit has an 11L fuel capacity and a maximum thermal output of 27,000 BTU/h. It supports indoor and outdoor applications, with installation on a stable, non-combustible surface.

The Bio Flame 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Coverage: Eligible The Bio Flame products purchased through Outer Nest Living carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date, covering factory defects and malfunctions affecting normal operation.

Registration Requirement: Register your warranty with The Bio Flame within 1 year of purchase for coverage to be valid.

Inspection and First-Use Claims: Open, inspect, and test your product within 1 year of delivery. Claims for missing components or issues discovered during initial installation or first use must be submitted within that period.

Exclusions: Coverage excludes shipping damage, improper handling or installation, misuse, negligence, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modifications or repairs, incompatible accessories, unsuitable fuel, improper refueling, and environmental damage caused by unsuitable exposure.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact the Outer Nest Living support team with proof of purchase, the model and SKU, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Additional documentation may be requested. All claims are subject to The Bio Flame’s review and approval.

Processing Time: Warranty service and approved replacement delivery may each take up to 12 weeks, depending on service personnel and inventory availability.
