Warranty & Support
Napoleon Manufacturer Warranty
At Outer Nest Living, we stand behind the quality of the Napoleon products we sell. If you experience a potential manufacturing defect or warranty-related issue with an eligible Napoleon product purchased through Outer Nest Living, our support team is available to help you with the warranty claim process and coordinate the information required by Napoleon.
Warranty Coverage
Napoleon products are backed by manufacturer warranty coverage against eligible defects in materials and workmanship. The exact warranty period varies depending on the product model, series, and individual component. Depending on the Napoleon product, coverage may range from 1 year to Limited Lifetime warranty coverage, with certain components covered for different periods.
Because warranty coverage differs between models and components, the warranty included with the specific Napoleon product or stated in its official product documentation will determine the applicable warranty period, coverage, conditions, and limitations.
Certain eligible Napoleon accessories are generally covered against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, subject to Napoleon's applicable warranty terms.
Warranty Eligibility
Warranty coverage generally applies to eligible Napoleon products purchased through an authorized dealer and is subject to Napoleon's current warranty terms and conditions. Customers should retain their original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
Products must be properly installed, operated, cleaned, and maintained according to Napoleon's instructions. Where professional installation is required, installation must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local codes.
What May Not Be Covered
Manufacturer warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Improper installation
- Lack of cleaning or routine maintenance
- Grease fires or over-firing
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper gas conversions
- Use of non-approved replacement parts
- Inadequate ventilation
- Unsuitable operating environments
- Weather-related damage
- Improper cleaning products
- Normal wear and deterioration
Normal cosmetic conditions such as scratches, dents, discoloration, corrosion, heat discoloration, porcelain-enamel chipping, or other appearance changes may also be excluded where they do not result from a covered manufacturing defect.
Exact exclusions depend on the warranty applicable to the individual Napoleon product.
Replacement Parts and Service Costs
When a warranty claim is approved, Napoleon's obligation may consist of supplying an eligible replacement component for the defective part.
Depending on the applicable warranty, labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, service-call charges, transportation, shipping, handling, brokerage fees, duties, or other associated costs may not be included.
Replacement components may be covered only for the remaining portion of the original product warranty. Napoleon may also require inspection, photographs, video, troubleshooting, or additional documentation before determining whether an issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
Product Registration
Customers are encouraged to register their Napoleon product with the manufacturer after purchase. Registration can help Napoleon maintain the product's serial number and purchase information and may simplify future service or warranty requests.
Product registration does not replace the requirement to retain proof of purchase.

Important Warranty Information
Napoleon warranty periods and coverage vary significantly by product, series, and component. Some eligible products may carry extended or Limited Lifetime coverage, while electrical components, accessories, and other individual parts may have shorter warranty periods.
For this reason, the warranty provided with the exact Napoleon product and Napoleon's current official warranty terms will always govern the final warranty coverage.
Warranty terms, exclusions, and coverage may be updated by the manufacturer. Outer Nest Living does not independently extend, modify, or replace Napoleon's manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
Outer Nest Living is here to assist you throughout the warranty process and help ensure that your claim is submitted with the information required by Napoleon.
