PlayMor Swing Set Warranty

PlayMor offers a five-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Certain components have additional limited coverage depending on whether the swing set is a poly or wood model.

Poly play sets: Specified Woodguard wooden components are covered for 20 years against damage caused by termites and fungal decay. PlayMor also provides 20-year limited coverage for specified metal braces, Scoop Wave Slides, and Baby Swings against defects in materials and workmanship.

Wood play sets: Specified treated yellow pine components are covered for 10 years against damage caused by termites and fungal decay. Specified metal braces, Scoop Wave Slides, and Baby Swings also carry 10-year limited coverage against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty applies to personal, household, or residential use. PlayMor may repair or replace a part it determines to be defective. Transportation and installation costs are not included under the limited warranty terms.
